The process of parboiling is using treated soft water which is obtained from our water treatment plants based on sophisticated controller for maintaining and determining the water temperatures, the parboiling plants have specially designed with soaking bins with sensors. The advanced parboiling method is used to ensure that the grain is free from unwanted smell and preserving its natural fragrance and aroma during the entire process.
In order to ensure the consistency & uniform drying of paddy without breakage of grains, our company has installed unique fully automatic & mechanized sensor based temperature controlled drying system with metric tons per hour drying capacity. This helps in avoiding fungal, bacterial infections, fermentations and retaining the natural aroma.
